Associate, Data Science - Human Capital

Sydni supports the Human Capital team by driving automation and analysis of data related to talent acquisition.

Prior to joining WCP, Sydni was a Consultant at Deloitte who specialized in data management and modernization for Federal Contracts. Sydni holds a double major in Economics and Business Administration with a certificate in Business Analytics from Oglethorpe University, where she was also a member of the Women's Basketball Team.

In her time outside of work, Sydni enjoys traveling, yoga, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.
