Sweta Adhikari

Director, Portfolio Operations - Office of the CFO

Sweta advises the firm and its portfolio companies on business optimization and transformation initiatives, working closely with the WCP investment teams and portfolio company leadership teams. She focuses on driving value through improvements in the finance function, data & technology and revenue cycle management.

Prior to joining WCP, Sweta was a Senior Director at Accordion Partners where she led finance transformation and value creation initiatives for healthcare clients. Her earlier career included performance improvement experience at Grant Thornton and health policy research at One Health Trust, a DC-based think tank.

Sweta holds a BA in Economics from Mount Holyoke College, an MPH in Health Policy & Management and Biostatistics from Columbia University, and an International Certification in Corporate Finance from Columbia Business School.

Outside of work, Sweta enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling, exploring new restaurants and local art scene.
