Shan Rathi

Senior Associate

Shan is a member of the Healthcare investment team and currently works closely with WCP portfolio company Adult & Pediatric Dermatology (APDerm). He is responsible for supporting all aspects of the investment process from origination and due diligence through deal structuring and post-investment portfolio management.

Prior to joining WCP, Shan worked in healthcare private equity at The Vistria Group and healthcare investment banking at Jefferies. He holds a BS in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Outside of WCP, Shan enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling internationally, and cheering on the Chicago Bears.
