Sam works on the Software and Technology investment team. He is responsible for supporting all aspects of the deal process from origination and due diligence through deal structuring and post-investment portfolio management. He works closely with WCP portfolio company Integrated Practice Solutions (IPS).
Prior to joining WCP, Sam worked in investment banking with Lazard’s healthcare group in New York City, advising life sciences and healthcare services clients on M&A transactions. He holds a BS in Finance and Accounting, with high distinction, from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
Outside of WCP, Sam is a staunch supporter of the Atlanta Braves and Indiana University sports.
