Rich works on the Software and Technology investment team. He is on the board of HSI and Career Certified and serves as an observer of the board of Lifelong Learner Holdings. He is responsible for leading all aspects of the deal process from origination and due diligence through deal structuring and post-investment portfolio management. Rich is also a member of WCP’s ESG committee and an ally of the firm’s Women of WCP employee resource group.
Prior to joining WCP, Rich was a member of the technology, media, and telecommunications investment team at GTCR and worked in investment banking at Lazard Freres. He received a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated summa cum laude as the Hamilton Student of Finance. He also earned an MBA, with high honors, from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he graduated as a Wallman Scholar and Harper Fellow.
Outside of WCP, Rich is a lifelong Chicago sports fan and is active in the community as an advocate for organizations that advance the interests of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
