Rachel Warden

Senior Associate - Investor Relations

As a member of the investor relations team, Rachel supports the firm's investor partnerships and fundraising efforts.

Prior to joining Waud Capital, Rachel was an Associate at Moderne Ventures, a strategic venture capital firm based in Chicago, and contributed to the firm's investor relations and capital formation efforts. Rachel began her career with PlanPILOT, a boutique investment consulting firm, where she managed institutional client relationships and played a key role in acquiring new business.

 Rachel earned a BS in Economics, summa cum laude, from the University of Tampa where she also played college basketball. She then went on to earn a MS in Finance, summa cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago.

 Rachel loves to travel, stay active, and spend quality time with her friends, family, and two dogs when she's not working.
