Quincy Shields
Director - Human Capital
In her role on the Human Capital team, Quincy leads executive recruiting for WCP's existing portfolio companies and for future investments. She also conducts internal recruiting across the firm's functional areas.
Prior to joining WCP, Quincy worked at Korn Ferry within their human resources center of excellence, partnering with CEOs to build world-class HR functions for public, private equity, and non-profit organizations. She received a BA in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Indiana University, where she was a member of the women's D1 soccer team.
Outside of work, Quincy enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, traveling, working out, and having great conversations with friends.
