Chief AI and Data Officer

Prithvi Raj is Chief AI and Data Officer at Waud Capital Partners, where he leads the firm’s AI and data strategy within the firm and across the portfolio. He is responsible for shaping how AI, analytics, and data capabilities are used to inform investment decisions, support diligence, and drive post-investment value creation.

Prithvi works closely with Waud’s investment and operating teams to embed AI- and data-enabled approaches into core business processes, with a focus on improving decision-making, scalability, and operating performance through practical, repeatable execution.

Prior to joining Waud, Prithvi served as General Manager and Head of AI & Data at Newmark, where he led enterprise-wide AI and data initiatives and oversaw the development of predictive analytics platforms and decision tools used across the organization. Previously, he was CEO of SquareFoot, a technology-enabled commercial real estate data and brokerage firm, which he scaled through multiple growth stages.

Earlier in his career, Prithvi held leadership roles at Microsoft, McKinsey & Company, and Zynga. He brings a blend of entrepreneurial, operating, and investment experience to his work with Waud’s portfolio companies.

Prithvi holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and a BSE in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University.

Outside of work, Prithvi lives in New York City with his wife and three daughters. He is an avid tennis player and enjoys cooking, often with spirited feedback from his family.
