Matt co-leads WCP's Software and Technology investment team. He has served on the board of more than 20 private and public companies during his private equity career. He is currently on the board of Apotheco Pharmacy Group, Provider Network Holdings, Lifelong Learner, Sphere Payments, Career Certified, and PracticeTek.
Prior to joining WCP, Matt was a partner at Banc of America Capital Investors.
He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Washington and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
