Senior Associate, People Operations
Madison works on the People Operations team, where she oversees the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits, HR compliance, and payroll, and collaborates on strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining WCP, Madison was the Human Resources Coordinator at Zeller Realty Corporation, where she primarily focused on the employee lifecycle and compliance. Madison holds a BSBA in Management, Human Resources from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, and a Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential.
Outside of work, Madison enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog and traveling with friends.
