Mackenzie Hill

Manager, People Operations

Mackenzie supports the firm’s people function across talent acquisition and development, HR operations, employee experience, and organizational processes that help scale and strengthen the firm’s culture.

Prior to joining the firm, Mackenzie spent nearly six years at NextGen Growth Partners, where she helped build and scale the firm’s people infrastructure during a period of significant growth. Her experience included performance management systems, recruiting operations, onboarding and offboarding programs, internal communications, organizational planning, and employee engagement initiatives. Before NGP, she worked in operations at Foote, Cone & Belding.

Mackenzie holds a B.A. in Communications with minors in Psychology and Art History from Trinity University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and pets, writing fiction, reading, sewing, and exploring local museums.
