Kyle Lattner

Principal

As a senior investment professional, Kyle is responsible for leading all aspects of the investment process from sector thesis and executive partnership development to deal origination and execution across the healthcare services market. Post-investment, Kyle also works closely with management teams of portfolio companies to develop and accelerate value creation initiatives. Kyle currently serves as a board member of Ivy Rehab, Adult & Pediatric Dermatology, and Senior Helpers. He previously held board roles with Acadia Healthcare, Unifeye Vision Partners, Dimensional Dental, and Cordant Health Solutions. In addition, Kyle is on the board of the Chicago Association of Private Equity Executives (CAPEX).

Prior to joining WCP, Kyle worked as an investment team member at American Securities, where he focused on private equity buyout transactions in the consumer, industrials, and business services sectors. Before American Securities, Kyle worked in investment banking at CIBC World Markets and Oppenheimer & Co., where he focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions advisory for public and private companies across a wide variety of industries.

Kyle holds a BSBA in Finance and Economics, summa cum laude, from Boston University and an MBA, with distinction, from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Outside of the office, Kyle enjoys spending time with his family and two kids. He is also a passionate sports fan and enjoys golfing and listening to live music.
