Giovanni Martinez
Senior Manager - Compliance
Giovanni is primarily responsible for executing and managing the operations of the firm’s compliance program. He works closely with teams across the firm to foster an overall culture of compliance at WCP.
Giovanni previously worked as a Director of Compliance at Duff & Phelps Investment Management. He began his career at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, developing strategies to mitigate risk and providing overall compliance review and approval. He also served as a Litigation Analyst at Allianz.
Giovanni holds an MBA with a concentration in Data Analytics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, a JD from the University of Illinois Chicago Law School, and a BA in Political Science from DePaul University. Outside of WCP, Giovanni is an avid sports fan and gym enthusiast, and he enjoys exploring Chicago's restaurant scene with friends and family.
