Eileen Douglass

Director, People Operations

Eileen leads the firm’s People Operations team. She is responsible for all aspects of the people function, including talent acquisition, development, and retention, as well as building scalable people processes that support the firm’s growth and culture.

Prior to joining the firm, Eileen served as Chief People Officer at Intrinsic LLC, a majority employee-owned transaction advisory and valuation firm, where she partnered with leadership to execute a five-year strategic plan, support significant revenue growth, and develop firmwide programs for career paths, performance-based rewards, and equity incentives. Before Intrinsic, she spent 15 years at McKinsey & Company in global talent attraction leadership roles, including serving as Associate Director of the Global Recruiting Strategy & Operations team and leading McKinsey’s emerging markets center of excellence.

Eileen holds a B.A. in Communications with minors in Business and Spanish from Indiana University. In her personal time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children and pets, collecting antiques and playing paddle tennis.
