Doug Rassner

Director, AI Integration

Doug Rassner serves as Director, AI Integration at Waud Capital Partners, where he drives implementation of AI-enabled capabilities across the firm and its portfolio companies, partnering with Chief AI and Data Officer Prithvi Raj on WCP's broader AI strategy. He works closely with investment and operating teams to identify deployment opportunities, establish governance frameworks, and embed scalable AI processes into core business operations.

Prior to joining WCP, Doug served as Head of Product, AI-Powered Operations at Newmark, where he defined AI product strategy, built the organization's AI center of excellence, and developed governance standards that guided enterprise-wide adoption. Earlier in his career, he held director-level product management roles at Qualia, the leading digital real estate closing platform, Ocrolus, an AI workflow and analytics platform for lenders, and Oracle.

Doug holds a degree in Systems Science and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

He enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with his girlfriend and son.
