Amanda Doran

Chief Compliance Officer, Healthcare Portfolio Operations

Amanda advises the firm on healthcare regulatory risks that could impact WCP’s portfolio companies and potential investments.   She also provides compliance updates to the WCP healthcare investment teams and portfolio company leadership teams.  Amanda focuses on driving value through mitigating risks.

Prior to joining the firm, Amanda served as Chief Compliance Officer at US Acute Care Solutions (USACS), a physician-owned provider of integrated acute care medicine, where she was responsible for overseeing the company’s compliance program including due diligence work, audit oversight and compliance training and investigations.  Before USACS, she was Chief Compliance Officer at Global Medical Response and she also spent 15 years at Envision Healthcare in compliance roles associated with a variety of its healthcare sectors.

Amanda holds a B.S. in Psychology from Texas A&M University and a M.S. in Psychology from University of Northern Colorado.   She also maintains certifications in healthcare compliance (CHC) and healthcare privacy compliance (CHPC).

In her personal time, Amanda enjoys travelling with her family, attending her three children’s sporting events and jogging.
