GI Alliance Partners with GI Associates and Metropolitan Gastroenterology Associates

Waud Capital Partners is pleased to continue to support GI Alliance (GIA), which announced two new partnerships yesterday with GI Associates and Metropolitan Gastroenterology Associates, expanding GIA’s presence into Mississippi and continuing its growth in Louisiana.

GI Alliance now operates in 8 states and represents more than 800 total providers including over 420 gastroenterologists and physicians and 380 advanced practice providers.
