Anna Robbins

People Operations Associate

Anna manages human resources operations and supports the full employee lifecycle. She is a member of WCP's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee and leads the firm's employee resource group for women. She enjoys being a resource for her colleagues and implementing initiatives to improve the employee experience at Waud Capital.

Before joining WCP, Anna worked in finance and payroll at Opportunity International, a microfinance nonprofit based in Chicago. She received a BS in Public Relations, magna cum laude, from Indiana Wesleyan University, and she is a Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP).

Anna spends her time outside of work planning her next trip and indulging in good books and donuts. She also loves running, dancing salsa and bachata, and discovering hidden gem restaurants.
