Based in Sellersville, Pennsylvania, Techtronics provides security and fire alarm systems to approximately 250 commercial and industrial accounts in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. Techtronics’ services include security alarm systems, closed circuit television systems, fire alarm systems, access control systems and 24-hour monitoring services. “We are very excited to have completed this transaction. The Techtronics acquisition is strategic to ASG as it expands our East Coast footprint beyond Maryland into Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware,” commented ASG CEO, Joe Nuccio.
