Ms. Chronister joins Waud Capital Partners following a successful career with the law firm, Kirkland & Ellis where she was a partner in Kirkland’s distinguished private equity practice. While there, her principal clients included Continental Illinois Venture Corporation, H.I.G. Capital Management, Inc., Madison Dearborn Partners, Inc., Thomas H. Lee, Willis Stein & Partners and Waud Capital Partners. Notably, she has worked with Waud Capital Partners on every investment the firm has made since 1996. Currently, she sits on the Board of Directors of Waud Capital Partners’ portfolio companies Alarm Security Group, L.L.C. and Regency Hospital Company. Ms. Chronister holds an A.B., magna cum laude, from Dartmouth College and a J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law.
