Pete Tedesco is an Associate at Waud Capital Partners. Prior to joining WCP, Mr. Tedesco was an Analyst at UBS Investment Bank in Chicago where he worked on a variety of M&A transactions, and equity and debt financings across many industries, including industrial, aerospace & defense and financial sponsors.

Mr. Tedesco graduated, cum laude, with an A.B. degree in Economics and a Certificate in Finance from Princeton University.
